The 100 -meter -long world champion, Sha’carri Richardson, apologized to his son Christian Coleman’s friend after his recent arrest of domestic violence at an airport.
Richardson was arrested on July 27 for the fourth -degree domestic violence on charges of attacking Coleman at the Seattle Tacoma International Airport and booked for the southern reform agency for more than 18 hours.
The Sprint was supposed to fly to the US Athletics Championships in Eugene, Oregon, where it failed to advance to the World Athletics Championships in the September World Championships. He has an automatic dock in 100 meters as a world defender.
On Monday night, Richardson, 25, posted a video in his Instagram account, saying he put himself in a “endangered situation” and issued a written apology to Coleman on Tuesday morning.
Richardson wrote with all the uppercase letters: “I love him and I can’t apologize enough.” He wrote: “To Christian I love you and I’m so sorry.”
He added that Coleman “entered my life and gave me more than one relationship, but more understanding of the unconditional love of what I have experienced in my past.”

In the video, Richardson said he was practicing his “reflection” and refusing to “escape” but faces everything that comes to me. “
According to police reports, an airport officer was informed by a transportation security manager of Richardson and Coleman, who won the 100m world title in 2019.
The officer reviewed the camera’s videos and removed Richardson with his left arm, Coleman’s backpack and hand. Subsequently, Richardson seemed to be trying to stroll around him with Coleman. Coleman was poured into the wall.
Later in the report, it was said that Richardson appears to be throwing a case in Colmman, while TSA shows that it was headphones.
“I was told that Colmman no longer wanted to participate in the investigation and refused to the victim,” the official said in the report.
Richardson won 100 meters at the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest and won the silver at the Paris Olympics last summer. He also helped the US 4x100M relay to Olympic gold.
He competed in 2021 during the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 following a positive marijuana test in the US Olympic tests.
