A baby girl has died from her injuries after a crash in a multi-storey car park in Wales.
Six-month-old Sophia Coleman was injured on January 2 when the ground floor of a multi-storey car park collided in Tenbi.
The baby, from Leigh in Manchester, was taken to hospital but died of his injuries the next day.
Flavio Nagy, 33, from Wigan, has been charged with dangerous driving, driving without a license and driving without insurance.
He appeared at Swansea Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, where he was remanded to appear at Swansea Crown Court on February 7.
He was also arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was released on bail.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesman said: “Our thoughts remain with his family at this difficult time. They are being supported by specially trained officers.”
Officers have asked the public not to speculate about the circumstances of his death.
A police spokesman said: “The collision of this young child took place in a parking lot on Upper Park Street around 4:00 p.m.”
