Florida’s governor Ron Deanteis said Andrew Tate did not welcome the state while the brothers landed from Romania.
“No, Florida is not a place to welcome that kind of behavior,” he said at a press conference.
“Our prosecutor, James Omir, is investigating what state hooks and jurisdictions we have to deal with,” he said.
Desantis said he is not aware that they are landing in the state and he understood through the media.
An official has confirmed that prosecutors have been banned from their travel, and it is understood that they left the country shortly after 5 am from Baneasa Airport.
The controversial, 38 -year -old, and his 36 -year -old sister and brother, are confronted with a series of criminal charges in the country, including rape, human trafficking and the exploitation of women.
Tate, a self -described abuse, had recently been released from home detention but did not allow Romania to leave. Both brothers have consistently denied any violations and face other legal battles in the United Kingdom and the United States.
They have been the supporters of President Donald Trump, who has recently denied that the US government has pushed Bucharest to lift travel restrictions.

What assets have been returned to the Tate brothers?

Romania’s court seizures some of Tate’s assets
His representative said on Thursday that a Romanian court has ruled Andrew Tate and his brother in favor of appealing, and has taken a precautionary seizure in numerous assets.
“This decision to ownership of the real estate, vehicles, bank accounts and stocks of the company to the right, Andrew and (his brother) Titistan and their companies,” the representative said.
This includes five property, six luxury vehicles and his bank accounts.
He is under criminal investigations and is expected to return to Romania at the end of March.
The Romanian anti -organized crime agency, Diicot, said in a statement that prosecutors approved a “request for amendment to preventing the accused’s departure”, but these judicial control measures are still in place.
