Someone has turned to Reddit to share what happened to his mother’s “Coke Memorial”.
In a post shared to Subreddit “If ***** UP” today, a user explained that his mother died 10 years ago that Coca -Cola was in the middle of the “sharing of a flea” in the middle of the advertising campaign, in which all bottles had different names with various names written. After the poster’s mother died, she found one by her name.
The post reads: “His name is not in common, so I took it as one of those who will always be with you”. “I bought the bottle and got it stuck in your fridge because …. IDK where you put a flea? I don’t like the flea, so there is no danger to drink it accidentally.”
Soda bottle made it for 10 years, three different refrigerators and two moves at home – until an old college friend came to visit.
The user grabbed six coke packs for his guest and put it in the same refrigerator as his favorite bottle. However, what he did not do was explain the difference between the stitching.
“Ten minutes later, we talk in the living room while he drinks his flea. While we are talking, I happen to see my mother’s name next to the bottle and washer.” Then, out of shock, I start laughing hysterical.
The friend then realized why soda was “so flat” before “be clearly frightened”.
“Feel guilty, I suggest that he will finish the flea and I can only hold the blank bottle. He was even afraid of the idea, so we finally decide to drain the rest of the flea down.”
The poster confirmed that they keep the blank bottle now, but doubts that their friend will stay again.

Another commentator agreed and wrote, “You’ve poured one for homes … your mother is neighboring.”
Others made suggestions for what can be done with an empty coke bottle.
“You have to fill the bottle with sand or marbles. Or anything complete that your mother may have a soft spot and you can keep it as a display display.” Another person reminded him that he may want to keep the bottle away from direct sunlight because the label may fade.
