Southern charm is not a myth – Americans evaluate Southern State dialects as the most friendly in the United States.
In one study, more than one in three (38 %) Americans ranked the southern dialect – mostly with Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas and South Carolina – with the most welcomed Hawaiian dialect (34 %).
In a poll in the 2,000 -American census, which was ordered by responding to service care, Texan Twang was specifically voted on and 31 % of its respondents were pleasing.
At the other end of the table, there are New York City and Brooklyn dialects that jointly hate the most American accents (15 %).
The New Jersey dialect is less popular (third from the bottom, 16 %), with the Chicago fourth from the bottom (17 %).

The study also shows the least annoying on the part of the travelers, considering how people are talking in Alaska, Utah and the West Mountains.
Americans who appear to be the most relaxing Hawaiian, with 20 % of the votes top.
At the same time, the New Yorkers call with the most reliable (24 %), followed by Texans (21 %).
Molly Parker, a sound coach, explained that one’s accent can be as effective as they say.
“The accents are everything when it comes to the first impression,” he explained.
“Different consonants and vowels shape the way we feel about the speaker, even before processing their true words.”
“The way one seems to be able to completely change how they can be understood – whether they are confident, polite, impatient or confident,” he said.
