A 16 -year -old boy was arrested after a teenager in the chest in front of a frightened buyers at a Primark store in downtown Nottingham.
The 17 -year -old boy was seriously injured in what police had called the “violent act” in the light of the day on Sunday morning.
The victim was crushed in the shop at around 11.30 in the morning, the Nottinghamshire police said. “
Prior to the invasion of the hospital, he was treated by paramedics. It is not believed that his injuries are life -threatening.
A 16 -year -old boy was later arrested on suspicion of severe physical injuries.
The force, who had previously said that a suspect had fled the scene in the market.
Officers believe that clashes between a group of young people outside the store before the attack.
The images of the scene indicate a large presence of emergency services and a cord in the place where the shop is seen. Primarck confirmed that the Nottingham Store is currently closed.
Police have begun investigations into the incident and are now attractive to witnesses to provide information.
“It was a terrible act of violence that was fully carried out by public members,” said Paul Short, a detective inspector from Nottinghamshire.
“A team of detectives are now trying to understand exactly what happened in the moments before, during and after the incident,” he said.
“For this purpose, they want to hear from anyone to hear what happened,” he said. “No matter how important your information is, we want to hear from you without delay.”

“Our Nottingham Store is closed to further warnings following the incident early today,” a spokesman for Primark said.
“Our thoughts are victims and we are focused on supporting our colleagues who were in the store at the time,” he said.
“We help the police in their investigation and we are unable to comment more.”
