Bristol Bears after beating the bathroom in Wales in “wonderful occasion”

Pet Lam, the Bristol Bears coach, reflected “a wonderful occasion” after his team was firm in the Galogger Playoffs with a 36-14 victory over local competitors at the Principality Stadium.

The first prime minister in Wales attracted a population of 51,095, though Bristol was bills as the club’s “big day” that is not disappointing under the closed roof.

“It was a wonderful occasion. Both of the fans came out,” Lam said.

“I had the privilege to play in this stadium and the boys are buzzing. This is an experience they won’t forget.”

Bristol’s score victory came in third and came in third in the Crunch Away match against the sharks of the playoffs.

“The rugby final has come earlier for ourselves, Leicester, Sales, Sarafen, Golter and potentially Harlekins. We all play in the final every week,” Lam said.

“We set up a shot on Friday night. It’s a huge game and we have to recover well.

“One of the highlights of my last season was winning sales. I know how hard it is. They are great, so our recovery is very important this week.

“This will be a great game. This is a trial race for both teams.”

Bristol has been temporarily reduced to 13 players despite collecting four yellow cards and twice, as discipline often reduces them.

“Senior players have dealt with it,” Lam said. “They said we were happy with the victory, we are happy to beat the bathroom, we are happy with these five points, but we have to stop free things.

“Discipline has had a problem with many of our losses. It doesn’t help, so players have already taken responsibility.”

“This was a magnificent occasion to Bristol. Today was a test race environment,” Van Gran said.

“For our team, we loved construction and like a test race, a really big rugby game was felt.

“We left a few opportunities there, and when they reached 13 men, we could invest better, but I am very proud of the kids.”
