Does the 10 -year work program eventually fix NHS? Join the independent discussion

IPrime Minister Kier Storm, one of the most ambitious health reforms in decades, unveiled a 10-year work plan to “rebuild NHS from the ground”-changed the law from hospitals and local health centers and people’s homes.

Released on Thursday, the project promises to change the NHS from “treatment to prevention”, priority of primary intervention, neighborhood care, and digital innovation.

Based on these suggestions, new health centers – six days a week – offer to reduce pressure on hospitals and bring home care, diagnosis, rehabilitation, nursing and even debt and employment.

The Minister of Health Wes String has called it “once in the generation”, which “rotates NHS on his head”.

But critics argue that this vision is not far from new – and ask the question of whether employees and systemic change can be delivered without a new budget.

Thoughts such as King’s Fund and the Nuffield Trust welcomed the plan’s ambition, but warned that without clear delivery mechanisms, investment, and joining the service, this strategy would repeat past failures.

Now we want to hear from you. Does the 10 -year -old laboratory program finally fix the NHS? Or is it another great promise without support to make it real?
