Two hackers claim that they have infiltrated a North Korean -backed hacking group and leaked its data online.

The violation, which was carried out by two hackers who identified themselves as Saber and Cyb0rg, was described in detail in the latest issue of Cyber Security Magazine.
The hackers wrote: “This article is invited to threaten hunters, reverse engineers and hackers.”
This article contains a letter used to the North Korean Hacker Group and shows the incentives to target them.
The hackers wrote: “You are led by financial greed, to enrich your leaders and put their political agenda.”
“You steal and support others. You evaluate yourself above others: you are morally deviant.”
Important include the tactics and techniques used by Kimsuki, as well as logs that appear to be attacking the South Korean Military Intelligence Agency and the State Department.
According to the report, the Kimsuki Group’s working hours adhere to the “strict hours of the office”, “always connecting around 9am and cut off by 17:00 Pyongyang.”

The group has been in operation since 2012 and has been credited with numerous attacks on government agencies and organizations.
A recent report from the Cyber Security Company ESET noted that Kimsuki has been away from the US and European goals to focus on South Korea.
“In our previous activity report, we noted that Kimsuki has been actively targeted by interview requests, English -speaking scholars, NGOs and North Korean experts,” the report said.
“These types of campaigns have declined. Over the past six months, most Kamsoski campaigns have targeted South Korean individuals and companies, as well as embassies and diplomatic staff in South Korea.”
While most of the attacks include espionage and data theft, the group was also linked to Cryptocurrency Leists, which is used to fund North Korea’s nuclear weapons program.
