Halloween candy is currently flying throughout the country’s food and comfort shelves – and if you eat too much, it’s not best for your health.
This year, children consume 7,000 calories of candy – to the same amount of 13 large Macs – and the average American eaten approximately 3.4 pounds. However, eating candy and other added sugar products can put people at any age at risk for life -threatening health conditions.
“Excessive sugar consumption increases the risk of diabetes, diabetes and a large number of chronic health conditions,” Catherine Massoud said in a statement.
However, while many of the most popular items are packed with harmful sugar and saturated fat, parents should know that some products are considered slightly healthier than other products.
Here are some of the healthiest Halloween candy-which does not make your small trick or tracking too upset:


M&M peanut

The small boxes of this small, crisp candy have the same amount of sugar and even less calories than the Tutsi pop! However, dentists warn that they are some of the hardest candy for your teeth.
“They are not only very acidic pebbles, but they are quickly dissolved in your mouth and kill a lot of sugar for oral bacteria.”
Tazz
Twizzlers do not have almost fat, so this is a great score for each snack. The twisted and fruit ropes only have 110 calories and 13 grams of sugar for three pieces – although they are also accompanied by 70 mg of sodium.
So, maybe only once at once.
“It looks like a twizzler is a good way to prepare a sweet method,” Samantha Kasti, a nutritionist, told NBC News.
