Prince Harry has joined his forces with other prominent supporters to reverse the “severe decline” against HIV and AIDS for fear of “sharp decline” because he continues his mother’s legacy to raise awareness of the disease.
Duke Sasssx appeared in a new Unaids film alongside Charlize the Thron, Maga Johnson and other celebrities, displayed at the United Nations Assembly in New York, to show the world’s leaders’ devastating impact of the recent budget reduction and to help them end by 2030.
They warn that progress against HIV is due to a sudden and sharp decline in budget by donors.
In the video, Harry says, “Without immediate action, we are back.” “We are currently seeing a sharp decline in HIV prevention and treatment programs.”
This is the latest HIV project Harry worked on, though Duke has been a singing defender throughout his life.
He founded the Senetebale Charity in 2006 to help children with HIV and AIDS in Lesoto and Botswana, though Duke withdrew in a public dispute with Dr. Sophie Chandoka’s board of directors earlier this year.
Her work is followed by her mother’s stairs, Princess Diana, known for her efforts to eradicate shame against people with HIV and AIDS.
In 1987, he opened the first HIV/AIDS unit in the UK, which exclusively carried out the virus -infected patients, at the London Middlesex Hospital.
The famous image of a person with a glove, despite the widespread caution at the time, had a revolutionary role in convincing people that they did not receive infection by touching a person who was positive.
He told his cameras at the time, “HIV doesn’t make people dangerous to know. You can shake their hands and embrace them – Paradise knows that they need it.”
UNAIDS says the impact of the recent budget cuts in countries with HIV is very high that are now facing a shortage of community health staff and data collection.
This warned that if the budget was not fully repaired, 6 million people could recently be contaminated with HIV and 4 million can die from AIDS deaths between 2025 and 2029.
“Currently, infants are born with HIV due to antiviral treatment for their mothers. Without immediate action to reverse this paralysis budget, 6 million people are infected with HIV, while 4 million people die in the next four years for AIDS,” Harry said in a statement.
“This is not just the at risk that is affected. We have proven that sustainable investment saves lives and creates stronger societies. Releasing life savings can now be a devastating betrayal of the millions of people depending on these basic services.”
