According to court documents on March 15, Judge Nichols ordered the Homeland Security Department to release the rejected copies of the documents by Tuesday.
The decision seeks to ruling in September 2024, where the same judge stated that the public interest was not significant for revealing Harry’s immigration records. However, the Heritage Foundation sought to revise the ruling.
Despite the denial at first, the FOI request, the Homeland Security Ministry lawyers agreed to publish the modified copies of the forms in February.
“In particular, the defendant proposes to return all the information in the case that the defendant can refuse,” the Foreign Ministry lawyer wrote in the court’s case.

The Heritage Foundation claimed that Duke may have hidden illegal drugs in the past, which should have rejected him from obtaining a US visa.
This earlier argued that the answers to the use of previous Harry drugs in the visa application should have been disclosed because they could ask questions about the honesty of the US government.
In February, President Donald Trump decided to expel Harry from the United States and said New York Post: “I leave her alone.”
“She’s having enough trouble with her husband. She is terrible,” she said.
Duchess of Susks has previously been critical of Mr Trump’s singing and calls him “divisive” and “misconduct”.
Megan had earlier said that in the 2016 US presidential election, the United States would support its rival Hillary Clinton and suggested to leave the United States if it wins.
In his controversial memoir, Harry said, “Cocaine” didn’t do anything for me, “he said,” Marijuana is different, which has really helped me. “
Mr Trump said in a GB News interview with Nigel Farage in March 2024 that Harry should not preferably treat.
Mr Trump had said whether the Duke should have “special privileges”, if it was found to have lied about his request, “No. We have to see if they know something about drugs, and if he lied, they should take appropriate action.”
