The deputy prime minister of Angela Rainer said rumors that she was going to become a leader in the Labor Party, saying that “no desire” for the role.
This is followed by speculation about a potential leadership challenge after leaking a note that expresses explicit tax increases, along with media justifications that he shows.
In an interview with Trevor Phillips on Sunday (May 25th), the deputy leader said he was proud to play his current role and have no interest in becoming a leader.
In response to the question of whether he could become a leader, he replied, “Never.”
Rainer also stated that the question was “ongoing” about how the note was revealed to the top of Rachel Reeves.
