A collection of bays once struggled with traditional fishing boats (a handful of remaining), St. Julian became a place for the wealthy nineteenth and early twentieth century Malti to build their neoclassical coastal villas. A few can still be seen here- one of the villa restaurants in front of the Malta Marriott Hotel, the other casino dragons- but they are located in the twentieth and 21st tourist industry that is now dominated by the area.
At every end of the coast of St. Julian is a sandy beach (the year with the imported sand): to the northwest, the party beach in the Gulf of St. George, to the southeast, the small Balota Gulf, in which St. Julian integrated into Sliema. Among these bay, a rocky beach (most of it swimming), and many cafes, restaurants and hotels, from intimate boutiques to scattered resorts. Here are some of the best …
The best hotels in St. Julian, Malta, 2025
1. Holm Holm Boutique and Spa

This fun boutique hotel, located on a quiet beach, is only with the beach, the best end of St. Julian, with the beach, cafes and restaurants, only from the Balluta Bay Beach, the best end of St. Julian. The hotel is painted with a lightweight sense of humor-giant in reception, clouds above your stairs, ridiculous portraits, red and white stripes on comfortable beds. There is an amazing spacious spa and equipped with an indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room and more and a small pool and terrace. Some bedrooms have a terrace and a hot tub and all have a friendly and calm service. Unusually, this is the hotel that is equally proportional to the needs of the child (older) and adults.

3, Juliani Hotel

Just in the heart of St. Julian, on the beach in the Spinola Gulf, Julian was one of Malta’s first boutique hotels, and although it now has 65 rooms, it remains with a atmosphere to match the family. The Tranquil Foyer Cafe prepares Asian fusion and good coffee (which is not true on Julian Street) while on the roof of a small pool and sunflower – and drinks served in the summer. Surrounded by cafes, pubs and restaurants, two glazes of the hotel are effective against noise and the rooms – with a calm sea color design – have extensive sea views.

5. Ax the Palace

This palace is located away from an anonymous Sliema beach hotels, on a traditional residential street Gariji -Closed wooden clients-Baroque-style churches. With the feeling of a boutique hotel, it looks bigger than it looks. This terrace even includes a British red phone booth (heritage of colonial days) that is now a book exchange box. 7 Valentina Hotel

Cool and contemporary, glass wall full of daylight, Valentina is an oasie of good design and friendly services in the area that is otherwise recommended-unless you are a teenager or twenty-one thing about the club. The rooms along the street are lighter, but the interior rooms are quieter (and important in this area-and the scenery is not worth it). There is a pleasant roof terrace with a good dive pool and a seasonal strip, while this large hall doubles as a café, tape and corner of the library. This feature is with artistic features – such as the geometric “green space” climbing the wall – and colorful and comfortable chairs. This is one of the most enjoyable cafes in the region.

8. Corinthia St George’s
You can eat different foods every night for a week in this resort all you can eat on the rocky shores of St. George. The waterfall pools to the sea where you will find sunshine in the summer. Light floods with your bar and café, though this style is quite old. For a five-star star, the hotel can do the color by licking the color in places-but the price reflects it and there are many things to love (make sure your room is on the ocean side, which is not influenced by the huge location of construction only inside the country). The indoor pool and the attractive spa will cover you for cooler air, while there is a full range of waterfalls to enable a dive center. Restaurants from an American dining and taturist to a good dining specialist and a modern Mediterranean menu that benefit the caviar. There is even a seventeenth -century coastal tower in the place made by the Malta Knights.

At the opening of the Gulf of St. George to the Free Sea, Radisson Blu Resort goes away from the noise and buzz of Paceville, though you have to party at an easy walk. All rooms have a balcony and if you can book a sea landscape with sea view. Wind with a spa treatment, or with a diving or travel lesson. This resort with its four restaurants and cafés, with two neighboring features that give you almost different dining options.
