The former GCHQ chief has warned that Britain is facing a “slow” food security crisis.
Sir David Omand said that the British governments should be looking for preparation if he was shocked, as he spoke at an event alongside the Master of Food Policy and Adam Fleming at the alfalfa festival in the Wales.
