The restaurant that operates itself as “future dining” in September.
The dining experience at Woohoo in the center of Dubai, the throw of the world’s tallest building, the Khalifa Tower, will be mainly formed by artificial intelligence.
While the human hand is still gathering food, now, everything else – from menu to the environment – is designed by a large model of cooking called “Aiman Chef”.
Founder Ahmed Outon Cocker explained that Aiman-a combination of “AI” and “man”-has been trained in decades of food science research, molecular composition data and more than a thousand recipes of cooking traditions around the world.
While the chef of Aiman cannot taste, smell or interact with its foods such as a chef that usually tastes, this model transforms foods into its components such as texture, acidity and Imami, and re -converts them to an unusual flavor and ingredients.

These prototypes are subsequently refined by human chefs who taste and give the direction to the renowned chef of Dubai, ReifTan.
“Their response to my suggestions helps correct my understanding of what is beyond pure data,” Aiman said in an interview with the interactive AI.
Aiman makers say the goal is not to complete the human element of cooking but to complement it.
“Human cuisine will not be replaced, but we believe that ideas will increase creativity,” said Outon Cocker, who is also the executive director of Gastronaut’s hospitality.

He said Aiman is often removed by restaurants such as meat or fat to prepare recipes that are re -used.
Long -term, Voho founders believe that Aiman can be licensed to restaurants around the world, reduces kitchen waste and improves stability.
Chef -like robots, artificial intelligence home appliances and other advanced technology kitchen appliances were all displayed in CES 2024, a multi -day business event held by the Consumer Technology Association.
The displays include a Keurig-like cocktail mixing machine, and a Barsta robot whose movements mean imitation of humans that build a vanilla, all of the promise that humans do not need cooking-do not have a mix of drinks for themselves.
