Barclays is still down: mobile app and online bank shutdown makes customers not check accounts

Another added: “If I can’t get to my budget, how can I eat and warm up?”

Another claim: “Well, I just had to put all my purchases in Tesco I was never so embarrassing in my life .. As I can’t get to my money.”

A mother claimed that she was unable to buy milk for her baby because of the cut.

“My four -month -old is out of milk powder and shouts for a meal and I haven’t paid yet,” he said.

“I’ve been tears in tears for hours,” he said.

In response to a customer in X, the bank said, “I’m really sorry about the discomfort.

“We have a problem with your systems today and you may have trouble using some app features, online banking as well as paying inside and outside your accounts.”

The Down Detector website has shown over 1,600 reports of Barclays banking services since Friday.

“We are very sorry for the technical problems that affect our customer account,” said a spokesman for Barclays on Saturday.

Some may see obsolete balance, and payments made or received may not indicate.

“We are trying to fix this and customers should not try to make the payment again,” he said.
